I don't know of any statistics that break down interrupted hangings by this criteria.

Edited to add: I'm sorry, I think I misunderstood your question initially. I thought you were asking about partial hanging, generally, and carotid artery compression by tourniquet.

Don't know about the tourniquet method, but partial hanging is a bit noisy because your body is trashing around while you're unconscious. I would never do it if other people are in the same house/apartment.
