I don't have a rope nor I can find one on stores and buying from online is impossible because of my strict parents. Can someone please tell me what alternative ligatures would be best for full suspension hanging? (I am short and underweight- 45 kg) (I don't want to do partial suspension)

some people have ctb with scarf or such clothing or you could use electrical wire just make sure your ligature is not too thick as it will no put the necessary pressure to close the arteries and you will painfully strangle and hope you find peace

Will the scarf or such clothing break after my body weight puts stress on it? I am asking this because I have seen multiple cases where the ligature is broken after attempting hanging

It depends on the material. Silk is surprisingly strong and is easy to tie although it will need multiple knots to be sure it holds. Nylon or lycra may not break but it will stretch, a lot. Wool or flannel will probably hold but likely won't provide adequate compression, leading to prolonged suffering. At the end of the day the only way to be sure is to test it beforehand. Pull it with your full weight with bo both hands. And make sure it will hold a knot. If you are going to use anything other than a well secured rope, you should ease into it rather than dropping to minimise the risk of breakage.
