Help What’s the sweet spot and how can I find it?

Been having trouble finding it and all, but maybe it's the rope I'm using cuz it's rather stretchy. But spent 20 minutes looking for it. Is it possible to just not have one?

don't think you should be using a stretchy rope. if you put your fingers on your neck you should be able to feel a pulse where you want to position it

Everytime I do and line it up it still hurts like a bitch. I heard it's not supposed to hurt but that doesn't seem to be case at least w me

Sure. Why not. But this is the permanent rope I'll be using, the jump rope I have went missing so I have to find a replacement

Stretchy rope is just going to prolong everything.

the comments on this are making me giggle really bad. yeah, it sucks you only have stretchy rope. it'll definitely make things harder. but good luck anyway.

As someone who tried partial, finding the sweet spot took multiple tries. I had to keep sitting back and readjusting the rope around my neck until I got it right.
