For me, it would be in a clown costume in some dirty back alley way. I find it funny if there was some clown who got mugged and stabbed to death. Imagine seeing a dead clown and the only possible explanation is that he got jumped.

• A big ass rock falling on someone (this is also a jojo reference)
• Being crush by a comically large mallet
• Driving into a painted wall to look like the road

Also anything that happens in a cartoon (not necessarily Looney Tunes) that would result in death irl would be kinda funny ngl
Some real life ways people have died that I find so absurd it's kinda funny:

• The guy who grew a beard so long that one day while walking he tripped over his beard and broke his neck and died
• The guy who thought a joke about prunes (I think it was prunes) was so funny he laughed until he over exerted himself and died
• The guy who was a chemist and really liked dipping his gum into citric acid (stuff to make food/candy sour) but he accidentally dipped the gum in a similar substance (which was explosive/combustive) which blew his jaw off (or something like that)
• The absurdity that went into killing Rasputin
• The guy who parachuted off the Eiffel tower but went splat and was filmed- theorized to be the first recorded death in history
