Since there's a 50-50% chance that we live in a simulation, I guess everything could be real, or nothing could be real.
Although, I must say, it doesn't really matter if we live in a simulation or not. It does not affect the value of our experiences because we can never step out of the simulation. As far as we're concerned the simulation is our reality. We still need to eat, sleep, go to work etc, even if we're code.
