It's just a drawstring? No elastic? Hard to tell if it will work. The drawstring is just taped on? Did you try it on? How does it tighten around the neck? It very well could work. I just don't know. Here are the instructions I have for making one.

Not familiar with that vid. It would probably work. You can test it with O2 first to make sure the CO2 escapes out around the neck, and that way you'll also know how much to tighten it.Similar threads
