I am in my first year of university, and since things got bad again, it has been VERY hard for me to attend classes. I leave early or skip a lot. I dont like being outside of my house.
The problem is, professors have noticed and it is gonna get me a bad grade because of it.
And anxiety has already affected my grades. I failed one of my exams, and barely passed the other one I had.
Me and my family dont care about grades, but it does fuck up my self esteem.
So, if you are in a similar situation with school or job, what did you do?

I went to see the college therapist in my second year because I was struggling. I do hate being in social settings generally but I'm also scared of failure and, letting people down so, that tends to force me to do stuff I find uncomfortable.

I recommend getting in touch with your university student welfare and talking about your mental health struggles. I also suggest (if you haven't already) getting medical help both for treatment and for paperwork that can help you get a deferral if you feel like you need it. I deferred my own uni studies for two years due to mental health problems. It's very common nowadays and there should be systems in place within your uni to support you. Good luck.

I'm not in college but I relate because that's how I feel about my part time job. I get extremely anxious & usually vomit or cry before work. My question would be, why don't you like going to your classes? Ik you said you dont like leaving home, so is it the unfamiliar environment triggering you?

Maybe you could try online classes instead of in-person ones. Or maybe dropout altogether if school really isn't your thing

I will echo reaching out to your university's student health office. I know some universities will make arrangements for testing whether allowing extra time or doing it in a different format that's more comfortable for you.

Also, as Dot said, there are now plenty of legitimate degrees that you can get through online-only classes that let you go at your own pace and you can do at home.

Also, also, college is not the end-all-be-all of everything. Many, many people have very successful careers without a college degree or only a partial degree. College is not for everyone, and that's totally ok.
