What are the best ways of CTB on a psych unit if there is a risk of them making you worse?

Hi this depends on the security level of the ward and location wise systems might be different. openware and acute is easiest but picu and forensics is almost impossible as items are band and they have frequent checks

hi ive been inpatient and the chances of being able to CTB in there are extremely close to zero. if you attempt anything you'll likely be restricted even further and they'll have someone watch you sleep/shower/do everything and u cant be alone anymore. not worth it at ALL.
