What time zone do they use for this website?

I know it doesn't match my time zone but I'm not really sure what time zone this website is based off.

I've also noticed sometimes it says that I joined August 31 and other times September 1 even though I'm in the same time zone.

Can't you change preference to your timezone?

Hover over your username > Preferences > Timezone

Mine is always correct.
