ebay stopped selling primperan. and i can't find it on the web without a prescription needed. will Ondanestron do the trick instead of primperan for an antimetic routine before ingesting the SN? that's my only drug i have my hands on.

Sorry,i ment it is harsh that ebay has stopped selling primperan.
I got metoclopramide from my dr when i had told him i was feeling sick.
He tried to give me a different tablet but i told him that metoclopramide had always worked well in the past.
Maybe give it a try.x

Alldaychemist sells metoclopramide (the active substance in Primperan) for you, it is called 'Perinorm' there. It is very cheap and they will not ask for prescription. Thank @DramaticEnd for the info.

@jake3d you my friend have helped decrease the amount of agony when i will try to kill myself. i was going to go for drowing which would probably be horrible but now i can just peacefully fall asleep in a comfy bed.

In the uk we use the same ingredients in hay fever medication, ESE are freely purchased in any chemist o'er the counter, look out for these on the packet / diphenhydramine hydrochloride,

They work a treat.

DPH won't work as an antiemetic for poisoning or any kind of drug overdose. It is only prochlorperazine, metoclopramide and domperidone that are suitable.

Zofran (ondansetron) worked for me in the past, though I'm now prescribed Reglan (metoclopramide). Both are effective and it would be hard to take too much of either ie, if you can get your hands on Zofran, double the dose/use generously.

From my knowledge, Zofran works differently on the brain than meto does and they are not a substitute for one another. Zofran would be used to potentiate domperidone in case you cannot get meto or are allergic to it.

I'll second that. Ondansetron acts as a 5HT3 antagonist and domperidone as a dopamine antagonist. Metoclopramide acts as both.

There's another one that you can still get legally in most states. The valium substitute. I forget the name but its not on ebay, but unregulated in about 40 states.
