If we're only talking about psychiatric medication, then there aren't many recreational ones aside from the ones you mentioned.
Maybe you can get a buzz on z-drugs, they act similarly to benzos but are way more hypnotic and some have this nasty effect that basically makes you taste nothing but bitterness in your mouth for hours, specially bad when you take them in recreational doses.
Other than those, I wouldn't recommend using any other for recreational purposes. Many of these drugs have really bad side effects that can guarantee a trip to the hospital, they are not worth it since you can't really get high on antipsychotics or antidepressants.

Apart from psychiatry, are there any other medications used in other fields of medicine, that can make you high...Again, I am not talking about Opioids, and, I have tried DxM Cough Syrup already...not too good...

Stimulants like adderal or Wellbutrin. Possibly gabapentin.

Nope...Gabapentin has no abuse potential...and, Wellbutrin, although called the poor mans cocaine...only has potential if snorted or taken through IV...

Try pregabalin or gabapentin, these drugs are usually recommended for nerve pain, but they are recently being used as anxiolitics. They have a very interesting effect since they affect other neurotransmisors and channels that benzos don't even touch.
Just be careful, people say that they have no abuse potential, but I assure you that they haven't abused this in recreational ways. These drugs can lead to a very strong addiction.

No, not wellbutrin. You'll end up with a seizure, hallucinations (not the pleasant kind), mental confusion, the works. If you are out somewhere when this happens, good luck finding your way home, and opening your door... (personal experience). Accidental OD.
I have not tried cocaine, and I doubt it would do anything for me given I am on high doses of Welbutrin, but if you wanted to get high on something and with expected results, I would not snort wellbutrin...

Gabapentin can be used recreationally, it's just not that good. It is metabolized weirdly so doses have to be carefully spaced out if you want to get high on it. Taking, say, 300 mg every 30 minutes for two hours will work better than taking 1200 mg at once.
I have been in drug communities for years and never heard Wellbutrin referred to as poor man's cocaine. It seems to be used recreationally in prisons and that's about it.

Exactly, the absorption of gabapentin is really low and differs greatly between individuals.
That's why pregabalin is so much better, it's 4 times stronger and it's bioavailability is over 90%, you can get really high on large doses of it.
