Hello,

Which one of these do you think is the most important when choosing a method? I understand there are many factors involved, but if you had to name only one thing - what would be paramount to you? If your answer is something I haven't mentioned in the poll please comment on what it is.

I'd say lethality and speed for me. Aesthetic too as a third option. Even though my method would be SN, if i had access to like high places, i'd just go on some skyscraper's rooftop and sit there while listening to music and smoking before doing the deed.

For me it'd be that it is guaranteed and does not lead to way more torture and suffering as a result, what is so horrific to me is how trying to die can go wrong, all I wish and hope for is the option to die in peace in an guaranteed and never suffer ever again as non-existence is all I hope for. I wish for no more suffering, no more pain and I see so much cruelty in how I'm denied that option as to be permanently unable to suffer is all I see as desirable, I just hope for peace from all the suffering of existing, if I had the option of a death like never waking ever again it'd be such a relief for me.

I feel like the most important thing for me is the ability to not be able to back out of it as I have low pain tolerance so even with methods with lower amounts of pain can be too much for me if I am able to stop it midway through. I want to be able to kill myself but cus of my weakness I have a hard time fully acting it out and I later heavily regret not being able to succeed.

I think if it's not lethal, then it's pointless, so that should be number 1. I'd say the most accessible lethal method, after that the rest are kind of nice to consider options.

Extreme Pain is much worse than people know

1. Guaranteed to work effectiveness, Lethality 2 . painless. 3. availability able to purchase quickly and easily 4. Easy to execute . 5 . Quick speed .... Many more

What people don't know is that we had all these options but government monsters passed a lot of laws to make all of these factors a billion times more difficult or practically impossible to make suicide easy painless quick and guaranteed .

It would be as easy as calling an electrician or buying a smart phone or ordering something to be delivered. For example they made paying someone to help you in suicide a crime . Imagine being able to order on Amazon Nembutal, suicide kits , suicide booths, a suicide helper, a hitman on you relatively cheap cause it's legal, cyanide capsules, fentanyl .... Etc all these were and would be legal if the gov monsters hadn't oppressively made all these into crimes...

I sometimes think how easy it was to ctb before all the things that could help you reach an effective, relatively painless and fast death, were banned. Back in those days there were many more options and they were more easily attainable too!

i think familiarity and after that pain level.

It's why I went with SN. Drinking something is something I do every day, but other methods are foreign to me.

I think accessibility and how easy/difficult it is, followed by lethality for me. I'm in a weird spot...

I want to be sure it works. I don't want to be a vegetable or incapable of taking care of myself

Hm, I was thinking that peacefulness of the method is more like how painless (like @Namelesa said) or private it is. What do you think is the meaning under "peacefulness of the method"?

The way I view peacefulness? Well, that would be a method that closely emulates dying in your sleep. So, it would have to render you unconscious very quickly, LONG BEFORE any "uncomfortable" effects start taking place. That kinda rules out SN for me since we all know that someone will have to go through a series of vomiting episodes WHILE CONSCIOUS, not to mention breathing difficulties, tachycardia, maybe other things, until finally going unconscious. To me that's not peaceful. I don't see "private", whatever that means exactly, as having anything to do with peacefulness. For all I know, Nembutal might very well bring about very painful "experiences" within the body, as it works to kill someone, but the point is kind of mute, really, since it renders a person unconscious long before any of that happens, so the person doesn't have to consciously experience any of it. I don't know if that makes any sense to you. Best I can do to explain it.
