I'm doing SN so what is the right stat dose of domperidone in comparison to say Meto? Everyone uses Meto, but I couldn't get it and there's hardly any info on it.

Also, what's your favorite scale to buy? Lol. The day I do SN on bday I'll post my experience here as a thank you.

A stat dose of 10-20 mg is specified in the PPeH. 1 hour before taking SN.

If you want to do the 48 hours regimen, then the recommended dose is 10 mg every 8 hours. With a maximum dose of 30 mg per day.

The instructions say it takes 3-4 days for the medicine to work, so I'm going to do a 72-hour regimen plus a stat dose of 30 mg one hour beforehand.

Yeah if my reactions to it are benign, I'll do the same. 3 days ahead because who gives a shit, it's not like you'll need them anytime soon. I'm just worried it's not strong enough.

Funny thing is, it says 3-4 days until it works properly but the online pharmacy doc wrote on the packaging I shouldn't take it longer than 7 days straight lol. I will have to plan my 'sporadic morning sickness' 3 days ahead from now on it seems.
