Help What is the best method of these?

My current options are either full-suspension hanging, partial hanging, night night, ligature strangulation, and maybe shallow water blackout. I don't exactly have access to any chemicals for an exit bag or anything like that, and I do not want to go through the hassle of purchasing SN.
