• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Would a simple ziploc bag be enough?? I wanna move some from the original container to small portable bags.
Or would something more expensive and better than ziploc be necessary to prevent SN from going bad?

I am keeping it in the original container it came in. Just hiding the container in a drawer next to my bed, which also protects it from light.
As far as i know, as long as you keep it protected from humidity, sunlight and rapid temperature changes, it should be good to use for a while.
I wouldn't move it into a bag till the day before you plan to use it, just in case. Maybe see if you can buy a smaller HDPE Container you could seal and store it in.

Depends on how long you plan on keeping it. If you are keeping it for a long time you could try vacuum sealing it. I'm pretty sure if the SN is exposed to oxygen it slowly converts into nitrATE.
