I am looking to CTB but I want it to look natural or possibly accidental. I've been anticipating for a heart attack but not quite old yet. My heart can hurt some days but I don't have a gun to point to my chest. But that's messy and traumatic for others to see. Anything at this point right now.

I believe you might be new here and have not read or investigated much about CTB.
What you are asking for is difficult to answer.

Have you heard about "A" , who sells "N".
I believe that is one of the drugs which could, if no autopsy is made, pass as a sudden death, but no... not even that, they would made an autopsy any way just to know why you die.

anybody please help us with ideas about a clean natural looking, that other people can look at , that seems natural or accidental......

Maybe an accidental shot to the stomach, that does not look as ugly as a shot to the face or head.

or an accidental overdose? With a big heroin syringe?

I actually have a good one,
back in 2010 or so, I attempted a fatal car crash, that did seemed accidental.... just didn't work, you might get it right.

This is a common desire, but it's really hard to do. Most methods are obviously suicide. Drowning or falling can look like accidents if you do it right, but that sort of thing takes a lot of courage. You could try for a car wreck, but you risk harming someone else. Maybe attack a tree with your car, but they will wonder why you lost control and didn't brake.

This, drug od happen all the time, and would be even more likely if you're not someone with a drug history so you didn't know what you were doing.

Shallow water blackout as well. You got too tired swimming, and passed out and drown.
