It was for several hours, starting sometime after 10am EST for me. It came back sometime after 2pm EST (maybe a bit earlier) for me.

To be fair, it has become a lot better compared to a few months ago. Actually took a break and did some things I've been postponing for a while. Not suicide,... just cleaned out my bedroom, did some washing, sorted some papers, enjoyed the sunshine. Felt really productive for a change.
