Help Ways to SH without people noticing?

Hello, everyone. This is my first time posting, I'm new here!

As the title says, I've been looking for ways to SH without people noticing it (preferably ways that don't involve OD or inner body harm). I genuinely can't bear being alive anymore, and sadly, I still don't have the necessary resources to CTB.

That said, does anyone have any suggestions? I used to cut a few years ago to relieve stress among other strong emotions, but got discovered. I'd like to cut again to relieve (yet again) strong emotions and don't feel like I'm losing my mind completely, but it's sadly out of my plans due to it being so easily noticeable.

i used to cut or burn myself with a bobby pin on my thigh. it worked since it was just below the edge of underwear. who would look there tho.. probably noone. i hope youll find a method/place to do it without anyone noticing.

np! yeah, its actually pretty nice and leaves pretty unnoticable scars/marks

srry if its a stupid question, but does it hurt when you walk? i also have the need to cut (usually on wrists) but im on the chubbier side, and my thighs usually rub against each other..

I use needle, iv cannula, injection with saline water. It doesn't leave much scars and heals quickly.

its not stupid, dw. it doesnt hurt that much tho. it def hurts while im taking a shower etc. my thighs rub against each other too but it doesnt matter because im not doing it on the side where they rub against, just on the other (on the right on my right leg and on the left on my left leg) i hope this helps!
