ways to poison

isn't there anything i can "cook up" or create at home...:not bleach or antifreeze.....tried benzos/oxy....brought back and then in hospital for week....no help just made me more desperate...can I get heroin or fentanyl? In such agony....physical injury can't walk easily or do anything I used to....help
I am desperate....what can I take? Want the ease and painless feel of drugs....my memory of the OD is gone.....need to get out of here.....about to scream...

In country where i live there is one cheap medicine that can be bought without a prescription - it contains phenobarbital which can be easily evaporated from it, but it seems not reliable enough. But there some chances - i simply don't know what to do except this. Maybe exist some drugs what contains barbiturates in you country too and that can be bought without a prescription (but this is not many chances)

almost impossible to get any drugs without a script and most won't kill you.....why am I in this hell??? if I only had a gun or barbiturates and then xanax to help me on my way...

It's amazing that the human body being such a piece of shit at the same time is so hard to kill. All these terrible sensations (and pain is only one of them) - it surprises me how people just put up with it? If it only could just be turned on and off as mechanisms.
