Gotcha. I'm in the US. I'd probably have to ask a GP. You can ask them here and as long as it's not a substance that tends to get abused, like opiates, benzos, and stimulants, they'll probably prescribe it if they think it's warranted. It just has to makes sense for your case.

i've had maxolon (metoclopramide) handed out like candy during many hospital/psych-ward admissions for nausea. for my latest batch from my GP, i just told her i have persistent nausea and have used it in the past with much success. it's not a drug of abuse; they're not going to think "yep, deffo prep for self-poisoning" by default. so if GP is an option, it's not going to be difficult.
