Had a bad dream last night where i dreamt of being choked. Woken up from it abruptly after vomitting during the sleep.

Im pretty fixated on the event at the present moment in a negative light.

Anyone have any similar experiences or literature i can read up on to understand and prevent it from happening again. :(
