Venting venting out my problems

Broke up with my boyfriend a week ago because he abandoned me at the ER to do assignments while i was in a car accident and didn't even comfort me throughout the whole situation. I don't think i want him back but i miss having someone around. He was a sweet guy before this whole mess and I feel like i made a mistake for leaving him (even though I didn't) . I don't know if I would break no contact because my pride is too high but the urge is still there. I am still traumatized by the whole incident and I don't know if it's worth living anymore. I am too scared to drive and my depression has gotten worse.

I also failed my AIT so I have to retake that so fuck my life. At least I have a car now but holy shit.
