Can't shake off suicidal thoughts, distractions help but once that's done I'm back to the same thoughts and feelings. It's hard to spend time with myself without distractions.

Yes, when the distractions stop working that's when my suicidal urges become stronger.
Everything is exhausting and boring and pointless.
