I think I just consumed the most amount of calories I have had in two years, was it the amount my body needed, no, but I have lived off of 800-1000 calories for years, this is actually INSANE that I have eaten this much.
I think I will self harm to punish myself, but I am wondering if feeling sure about my plans for death are allowing me to leave the ANA behind.
Overall: I still hate myself
