Uncomfortable with my gender

I am gay. I don't want to be a woman but I feel very uncomfortable in my gender as a man. My body, my voice, my body language. I am extremely conscious about all this. I often very uncomfortable when I see myself in videos of mine. Or if I hear my voice recording. What do I do ? How do I overcome this ?

What is it that concerns you most? Perceptions of others? Do you live in a country where being gay would be frowned upon?

I'm no expert at all, but I strongly believe you have to just embrace yourself and the traits you have. Interact in a way that you want around people you feel 'safe' with. Avoid people you perceive as judgmental and you'll be fine.

Perception and f others is one thing, but also I feel that I don't fit into my gender that so many things about me are not as they should be. I mean my behaviour etc is not as per my gender.
