Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Yep I have, although usually you'd get it sent to a store. I got mine sent to a Sainsbury's. If you're talking about that "common market site" then you can do the click and collect option.
Perhaps you might want to start by finding out which delivery company the vendor will be using.
Perhaps when you get a tracking number, then you can select some delivery options....
Not sure how it works as i haven't looked into it but most delivery companies have drop off points , there is even one at the top of my street .
I watch a lot of videos of people who live full time in camper vans and they use those as they are never in the same place very long .
Hello,
in different countries it is different. Where I used to live I was going to the post office, waiting in the queue, then saying to the worker I want to take my parcel, was showing my ID, then putting a signature(or not) and the parcel was mine. 2 minutes of work.
It depends on where you live. Here you can't mail order and have it shipped to a post office for yourself.
You basically have two options. The first is to rent a PO Box. This isn't really practical for just a one time use kind of thing, because it's around $60 for 6 months.
The second is better but requires you to have a home address. You can request a vacation hold on your mail, which basically means they keep all your mail for you at the post office instead of delivering until you cancel the hold or pick it up. Maybe you have something similar in the UK?
Other shipping methods often have places where you can pick up a package in person.
