Amorphous and useless thing

It is normal to be very repulsed by a family member who was... rough and cloying? My dad complained to me for not congratulating my grandfather on his birthday, I honestly dont love my grandfather, because besides being a shitty person, he treated me very strangely when I was 11 years old. You will know what I mean.

I don't tell my parents because they will justify that he was just being affectionate with me. No way they will believe me. The worst thing is that he hasnt been the only person who does it.

You have every right to be repulsed by anyone especially if they bring back unwanted memories.
Family doesn't have to mean anything.

I think any person would feel repulsed by that too.
I'm really sorry you had to go through that.

Hope things get better!

Hugs and love,

Matt

I agree with the others, you have every right to feel repulsed when you have been treated like that. People can simply be so cruel and can cause us a lot of pain.
