Help Troubles with private chats

Is anyone having trouble accessing private chats? I couldn't get in. I was chatting with F&Inside. Is this just a problem for me or for everyone?

Chat is a discontinued feature. Perhaps temporarily, perhaps permanently. The sysadmin doesn't provide any information.

Yes sometime the chat is deactivated and it comes back few hours later.

The site hasn't been functioning properly recently and much of the content on it has been deleted so it looks like that happened to the chat feature as well as it doesn't show up in the menu anymore. Sadly this is just the way that things are, don't think it's just you, it's the site.

I chat with people and then it just disappears have I lost my chats. I really have someone I need to get in touch with. How are you supposed to PM someone
