trouble buying SN in germany?

i see in germany u can get SN > 99% if its from EU country and they wont confiscate it since they dont have any specific law. Anyone had any troubles getting SN >99 shipped to germany from europe? Did they take it away?

its unfortunately not true that they 100 percent not look into the package at the border, even if it is bought within the EU. There is always some risk and your best bet is probably making a trip to poland in person.
