Disclaimer: I do not have chronic pain

I did do TMS though, and have read a decent amount about it during treatment.
Did not see much of anything about chronic pain being eased by it
Chronic Pain from migraines specifically seems to be helpful and it is used for that.
It could be that it does help, just not a lot out there about it.
Anecdotally: Maybe this doesn't matter for chronic pain if it does help somehow but, the sessions themselves are quite uncomfortable and even mildly painful. You have to keep a certain posture and the machine is loud, it produces a medium strength thump sensation ever few seconds. It seems to only affect the brain like with migraines and mental illness. So it might be that it could help some neuropathic pain. Sorry if this wasnt especially helpful.
