Too much pain, need to ctb

Hey everyone I live in the UK and am currently in hospital (been in hospital for over a year now) and I desperately need to ctb.

Physical pain, schizophrenia, emotional pain, you name it.

It doesn't look like I'll be out of hospital any time soon..

I can try to arrange an escape or something. But I need to ctb.

Yeah I had a tribal for my section and it was rejected. I had a managers hearing and that didn't give me any luck. My section 3 has been renewed, so I can apply for a tribunal if I like. But if I do that now I'm sure it'll get rejected aswell.

I ask because I can't even have my cellphone in the wards in the US.

I was in an orthopedic ward for 4 months. Then they moved me into this hellhole of a rehab facility (still a hospital).

Damn that's crazy, isn't human rights internet access?

Sorry I'm in the UK but I'm stumped you can't have anything delivered, happy to talk, your have to wait until your recovered and released, I hope you find peace.

Oh poor you, that sounds awful...that would be my absolute nightmare to be locked up somewhere ! The only ctb method that you can do almost anywhere without needing any materials is the "night-night", all you need is a scarf or even a napking and a spoon....read the thread ! Sending hugs

I tried the night night method with a ratchet and two plastic bags filled with beans. It didn't work; hence why I went to the bridge...
