Today was not a bad day

Most of you know how it goes, today I didn't feel completely hopeless, I could be somewhat productive and I could even smile without having to force it. And nothing especial happened, it was just one of those days.

But, as I said, most of you know how it goes, this doesn't mean that tomorrow is going to be the same, that I won't wake up, again, feeling worthless and overwhelmed by remorse.

Anyway, what matters now is that today was not a bad day, that I embrace it, and I hope it won't be the last one.

I've found in my recovery that a fight against the feeling is not to live tomorrow. Live today.

I'm very happy that you had a day that was not awful. Those days are wonderful days.

I have days like this about once a month. Love these unexplainably tranquil days. It's good that you appreciate it

I feel you. I've been lucky that sometimes I can have days like that. Next day... was not so good. I think the important thing if it happens to you is not to block the feeling and just embrace it while it lasts.
