Community Treatment Team:
Why do you think you feel suicidal?

Me:
I am just tired of living, I don't want to be here anymore.

Community Treatment Team:
And what it is about living that makes you feel that way?

Me:
I am just over it. I am just tired of everything, I don't want to exist anymore.

There always fishing for clues in the past like a gambling fein that doesn't understand the gamblers fallacy!! Fucking idiots!!

Seriously, WTF! Why do we have to keep going in circles. What do I care if you can't understand that I am tired of living!!

I just don't want to exist in this weirdly beautiful, fucked up world and I know am not the only one that is tired of living. Euthanasia surveys show "tired of living" as the main reason.

Go do your research to better understand the people your trying to help, then talk to me. Better yet - just leave me alone, you're not going to change anything...

I hate it when people ask questions like "and what is it about living that makes you feel that way". What a stupid question. In my opinion, it's not really even a question. It's a fancy way of saying "you might want to change your mind about what you just said". People are stupid. That's part of what I'm tired of.

I am right there with you. There are some threads here that ask what would make you change your mind and I always say nothing because I am just done with life. I have had my fill and now I'm ready to leave.

We have ingrained survival instinct into our human philosophy that life needs to perpetuate above all else. However when you are capable of perceiving things beyond basic instinct like humans, you can reason that life existing for the sake of its own existence is not enough to justify being miserable.

I am dissatisfied with the vast majority of my existence so far and instead of putting large amounts of effort into working to potentially, not definitely but potentially, improve that, I choose to no longer live. My existence does not play a major role in the continuation of the human race. I am not having children. I am not some great philosopher or scientist or contributor to the human race. I do not need to perpetuate my misery for the sake of anyone else.

One of the many reasons I quit therapy because their whole job is to argue that you should stay alive not matter what when the basis of my philosophy is that I do not want to and do not need to.

I understand, I also feel so tired of suffering in this existence and it's the kind of tiredness only non-existence can bring me relief from, I just want to never suffer ever again, for me existence itself is the true problem and simply just being conscious in this existence is enough to make me wish to not exist. I find it so deeply undesirable to exist and I'd just never wish for any of this, I see so much cruelty in how the option to peacefully cease existing is so cruelly denied with the suffering of existing seen as to force and prolong as all I wish for is eternal sleep, I just want to never wake ever again.

Living is a laborious activity and I'm a lazy person.
I don't event want to get out of my bed in the morning, let alone do a job, get married, have kids, and what not.
Why should I play the game when I never asked for it?

The reason they ask those followup questions is to extract material for your future therapy sessions. They're not actually listening to or internalizing anything you say. They're not trying to understand, because they've heard it all before to the point that it's basically white noise.

That's why I think it's pointless to expose, and especially expand upon, your suicidal thoughts unless you really want to live. If they're not on board with "I don't want to," they won't be on board with "I don't want to, here's a Proust novel explaining why." You just end up painting a target on your back that doesn't need to be there.

It's not like there's anything they can meaningfully do about it anyway, besides what they're trained, and feel obligated, to do.
