Venting Threw up my whole lunch

An hour ago I threw up my lunch. I now feel horrible and dizzy and I have no energy to do anything. Another low point in my life. August really sucks and the whole month is fucking jinxed. First, I lost contact with a friend, then lost my job, then my girlfriend, then this. II'M A FUCK UP.

Please, don't say that. You're absolutely not a fuck up. Life is hard. Living is hard. Unfair shit happens to the very good people. I'm not saying we're 100% blameless when we find ourselves in difficult situations, but it also doesn't mean it's all on us.
I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. I absolutely can relate to what you're going through.
Try to be a little kinder to yourself.
