Your post doesn't give a lot of details, but with the "Threw my life away" alongside the unemployment, living off charity... I imagine you feel like you've wasted the opportunities you had to be in a better place in life, and you blame youself, maybe even hate yourself, for it.

I'm assuming this because i feel like i'm on my way to being on the exact same boat, i'm at college right now, but it's really a matter of time before i drop out and start working with my dad at his store, getting minimum wage to pay off student loans, i had the potential for greatness, had opportunities given to me and i'm going to throw it all away because i'm a lazy spoiled fuck.

So, well, i don't really know how to help tbh, but i'll try.

You clearly don't like living off charity, and it seems to me like you want to get a job, you're mostly worried that no one will hire you.
For now, you need something to not only make you feel better about yourself, but also to stop your brain from focusing on your misery.
So do whatever you can to get a job, any job will do, even if you don't like it much, just think "I don't want to live off other people's money anymore, i want to live out of my money, even if it isn't much". That will set a goal, which is very helpful to overcome depression, and it will also make you feel better about yourself, make you feel proud and maybe increase your self esteem.
Also, there are other ways of making money besides traditional jobs, i don't know if you have hobbies, but if you do, there's always a way to make money out of them (Gaming? Make a Twitch/Youtube. Art? Post on DeviantArt and do commissions. Music? Make a Soundcloud/Youtube. etc).

Also, if money is a problem atm, i don't know how viable this is, but is it possible to live with your parents? That way you won't have to pay rent. (Again, i'm just guessing, since your original post doesn't have many details, sorry if this question was insensible).
