It's not the only partial hanging video, but it's the one I see most often. I don't know how he does it - it looks too easy. I don't get it. I'd be doing this right now if I thought it was possible

i think he might've simply got lucky with the ligature placement and the downward pressure. i think this is why people advocate for doing test runs so one can get it right when it's time to go through with it, practice anything enough and it becomes effortless.

Supposedly partial hanging deaths are more common than full suspension hanging.
I really wish it was that simple , I tried a few times and failed, had to back out of it

I bet it is because it's easier to setup. I think we could assume more attempts but also higher failure rate. At least on this site.

Makes sense. The only reason I'm even attempting FSH is because I believe I've found the laziest set up I can do from my room simply using my door, my test run almost killed me, I'll go for another test run just to be sure then I'll do it for real.

If it wasn't for that, I definitely wouldn't have found the motivation to put more effort in a typical FSH setup. As paradoxical as it may be, I don't have alot of energy so I only look into low effort methods.

The guy in the video did his partial hanging well. If I'd do partial I'd also try it this way by sitting in the air that way i'll get the most pressure on my carotids however I am damn sure at some point even if I'd be drunk I would have failed the attempt simply because si would be so enormous that I would stand up which is very easy when you do partial.
My goal is when i do my attempt and hang fully that I won't shake my arms or legs during the time when i am concious because i wanna show to myself in my final seconds that yes this was very carefully thought the decision to ctb and it was my big wish that this will happen.

Is there any way you can post a pic of how you have your set up? How do you have it set up on a door for FSH? Also what are you using for the noose a slip knot?

Is it really that easy? Just sit down hard like you're stepping off the chair? Man. Freedom is that close?
If you have the right placement on your neck, yeah.

I keep giving up on partial but it might be worth some more tries. Choking yourself to blackout can't be that hard, people do it all the time. Or have others do it (martial arts)
