When I first heard of Sanctioned Suicide from a yt video, it stunned me. This was years ago before the constant suicidal thoughts ( I did have thoughts, but they would come a go).
I am surprised at the level of catharsis and lack of invalidating and shame I feel when I write a post. To be honest, it kind of helps me regulate me very erratic emotions.
I just wanted to say thank you to you all. You are great company amd make me feel less isolated in my internal experience.
