Venting This morning I am just feeling kinda angry about life and people.

Feeling kinda pissed off/ triggered from a dream that reminded me of my family.

All the neglect, abuse, denial and everything has been getting to me lately and is especially getting to me right now.

When viewing a whole life and 2 sides of a family being completely abusive and such its very like overwhelming but mostly pisses me off now. It's just... like wtf and why. The answer's lie within them but like still?

I guess I am.again feeling really pissed off at the kinda life I've been handed and how hard it is to get through or over all of this.

That in combination with my health issues it doesn't feel manageable to keep healing through it all. Like I slept pretty ok overall but am just agitated at life right now.

Im annoyed that I'm still alive and annoyed at how hard ending my life is on so many levels whether physical or mental.

I just think that the human species is so awful in general, humans just create even more harm and suffering, I also hate how difficult it is to finally free ourselves from this dreadful existence.
