I've been a silent lurker here for months now. This is my first thread.

Anyway, can someone please tell me if this is too thin for partial hanging? I'm 45-50 kg. We also used to use this for a swing, so I believe it can carry my weight.

Also, would it hurt a lot if I used this? If yes, what can I do to lessen the pain?

Can someone also please tell me the best way to place the rope around the neck? I don't really know how to perfectly place it for it to pinch my carotid arteries.

Sorry that life has brought you here.

I'm not an expert in this, my method is also partial though, but I hear that thin ropes aren't recommended.
