Venting The loneliness is so unbearable

It feels absolutely heart and gut wrenching. The BPD doesn't make it any easier, I am and feel completely alone. The apathy, disconnect and emptiness makes it 10x worse.

It doesn't help that I've pushed people away or that my BPD brain can not stand functioning alone like this. I really wish I could just click a switch and not be here anymore.

Loneliness is the worst. I spend most of my days watching tv, and even that becomes boring after a few hours but then it gets dark and I feel a relief, another day has passed and I sleep.

Loneliness is the worst. I spend most of my days watching tv, and even that becomes boring after a few hours but then it gets dark and I feel a relief, another day has passed and I sleep.

I tried to sleep and my brain is just won't stop with the suicidal ideation and it just brings back the loneliness. Sleep is the only thing I look forward to and now I can't even do that.

Could relate, my sleep schedule is getting inconsistent.. I would either fall asleep at around 10 pm or 7 am depending how my chest feels.. although lately, it really hurts, it feels like a void even though I can feel my pulse on my wrist.
