A pretty good, educational video from someone who obviously knows what a suicidal person looks like.

If the person that this person is describing sounds like you, it shouldn't. Either use this to fix yourself or learn to mask better lol. Either-or works.

the irony of recommending a video that's obviously anti-suicide and making it at least suicide adjacent by instructing the viewer to take it in a way that wasn't intended is certainly not lost on me
