Is it possible to somehow send a message that will be delivered in like 2-3 hours, and, if I will fail to kill myself and survival instinct will stop me, to cancel this message before it was delivered? I don't want my parents to be nervous when I don't respond to their messages, so the only way is to tell them, but I obviously wont be able to do it if I am dead.

I plan on scheduling tweets for 6 days after my attempt, on a locked account that only a few friends follow. It's a shitty way to go but whatever. I'll write a letter for my family tho.

It is possible to send delayed emails like others have said. My recommendation is to schedule it more than 2-3 hours in advance (depending on your method) as that gives you more insurance in case you are partially incapcitated or pass out and not die. I don't know the method you are using to ctb, but for example, if I was using hanging, I'd schedule at least more than 24 hours just to ensure that in case I chicken out or fail the attempt, that I would be able to have more than ample time to cancel the emails. However, if you are using an quick method, like a firearm or something, then 2-3 hours would be ok.

I'm a bit leary on boomerang as TiredHorse once said in another post that it is possible that Google could report it to law enforcement as Google tends to scan and read a lot of things that goes through their services, including emails.
