It seems very unlikely that it was a suicide, at least given the circumstances surrounding his passing. The band was scheduled to play the same day in the biggest music festival of the country. But it's hard to tell for sure.

Here in Colombia overdoses are a daily occurrence, especially now that fentanyl is becoming a known issue.
