Lithium o overdose is similar to stroke. You might end up paralyzed for life. It can kill you but failure will be disastrous.I wouldn't have lithium for mood either, it's just too unpredictable. And definitely don't try killing yourself with it. There are huge chances of surviving while developing a permanent mental disorder.

dont't use lithium for suicide attempts.
