I've seen some of his videos. I'd agree he'd fit in this fourm quite well.

You know, I think "suicide prevention is evil" he was a bit too harsh with the grieving mother who was on a anti-suicide march. I wanted to write this but didn't for the same reasons you gave.

Well the mother are free to grieve but for her to peddle her sob story for attention in order to hinder the way of peaceful death for other is bad. There is no other way to describe it. You put yourself out there then be ready for criticism.

I couldnt have said it better. What I cannot stand is that they act like they care. They dont, they dont care and they dont listen. They dont even try to understand. They should just drop the act.

He is way too harsh about the mother of a suicidal boy. I agree with his views for the most part but that is just cruel calling her a stupid bitch.
It does not help anyone jumping on the close it down bandwagon though. I imagine there are many twisted people who will encourage younger more vulnerable people to take their lives on some groups; that is disturbing. I think anyone not in our position imagines this is what everyone does on groups like this. Ive found most people on here to be kind and reasoned for the most part.

I agree with his stance on just about everything, but yes I could see that there are times where he is a bit too 'harsh' on calling others out on it, especially those who are bereaved by suicide. In regards to younger people, I would say that it is better to discourage suicide for them because they are still young and oftenly have a better chance to live a better life. However, my position is of pro-choice, meaning that I would neither push for someone to absolutely go through nor tell them not to. It is ultimately up to the person to decide if suicide is right for him/her, and only after considering all circumstances.
