Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

The difference is: with N you fall asleep deeply, then come, then death. It's kinda narcosis and overdose leads to death. SN makes blood hard to transport oxygen, and without oxygen people die. This is way you also fall asleep, but in general probably less peaceful, but easier to find.
I think you're unlikely to find it in Mexico anymore. I think you can only get it from China now.
