- The smell of fresh rain;
- the smell of flowers;
- the opportunity to hug your pet;
- the taste of your favorite food;
- the opportunity to watch your favorite TV series/movies;
- music;
- talking to yourself: I was extremely critical of myself. I realized that I never talk to people the way I talk to myself. I've made the decision to treat myself like a friend who has the same problems. I decided to treat himself with misunderstanding and allow himself to be imperfect (even very imperfect).
- I decided to pay attention to what I did right / well / even perfectly, as I used to pay attention exclusively to what I did wrong. It doesn't matter how insignificant or "inconsequential" the action is.: Did you brush your teeth today? Great, you brushed your teeth today! At first, such actions will seem extremely fake, and this feeling will last for a long time. This is normal for a pattern of behavior that you are not used to. Gradually, this feeling of falseness will disappear. When you're depressed, you tend to focus more on something bad without noticing the obvious good. If you focus only on the bad, it will logically lead you to understand that there is nothing good in principle.
- we all make mistakes. If you allow yourself to be a truly human being who makes mistakes like everyone else, it will be much easier for you when you feel that the good old habits are returning.

This is a very nice post. A bit "counsellor-ish" if you don't mind me saying but nice anyway.
Yes, I understand, everything is fine) I should have put a more appropriate name, but I can't think of one)
