Location is picked and letters are written - going to go via jumping

Can I ask with jumping, if the height is big enough will it matter how I jump ie feet first etc

Oddly I am now quite at peace with the jump itself, am just going to run up and do it- don't want SI to kick in - and although I am sad for those I will leave behind I know that this is for the best

I don't know if the way you land matters if you jump from a high enough height. Some people die of a heart attack during the fall.
