Ok so how do I do this SN what's the procedure guys just need to know everything before it arrives

The recent PPEH protocol for SN hasn't changed much since 2023 except for the addition of 400 mg Propranolol ( 40 mins prior to SN intake ), but you can find the most detailed protocol on Vizzy's SN Bible ( Comprehensive Guide ).
