Has anyone had success with SN as a method without anti-emetics and benzos? It's unlikely that I'll be able to access benzos again and the only anti-emetic I have access to is a little bit of zofran.

People have died by just tasting the SN so they're not the most important ingredient.

Do you think there's a lot of documented cases of that kind?!
Documented is probably hard to say, cause the amounts are rarely well documented. That being said, it's all statistics in the end. SN is highly toxic and for some people a small amount will be enough if they have bad luck. There's a few documented cases in the pinned thread on the topic

There have been accounts on here of people dying with just SN and nothing else. You will most likely vomit and you will have to battle SI a lot more though.

You can die with only SN, but it's a little easier with benzos and antiemetics than without

People have used zofran with success, also dramamine which at least in the states is OTC.

Really? I also have not the recommended antiemetics. Some people told me that it works on the wrong part of the brain to help you not throw up the SN and the only real options are prescription Antiemetics, that are mention in the ppH

The PPH mentions dramamine as an alternative, I believe in the newest edition (2025). You can search SaSu for talks of zofran. It's not as effective as meto, but will do enough for success, especially if you follow the proper protocol otherwise. Like with making two cups in case etc.
